| Select rectangle tool from tool palette. |

Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool. |

| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown. |

Create a very thin rectangle using rectangular shape tool. . |

| Type the name of software using big bold font. Select one of the words using text tool and fill it with the different color. |

| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown. |

| Insert same text again. Apply same layer style. We'll use it for the left hand side of the software box. |

| Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Rotate 90° CW. |

| Place it as shown. |

| Duplicate the layer and place it on the top for the top lid of the software box. |

| Using custom shape tool (U), create a shape 10Point Star. |

| Draw a star shape using this tool. These type of shapes comes handy when you have to introduce a discount or a scheme etc. |

| Type "money back guarantee" and place right above the star shape. |
 |
| Insert an image of company mascot and place as shown below. |

| Type more text using interesting font and styles as and where required. |

| In layer palette, Select all layers except the background layer. Press Ctrl+T to merge this layers. Create a duplicate of the merge layer. Create a rectangular selection using rectangular marquee tool. This area will be the left side of the software box. Press Shift+Ctrl+J to cut paste the selection in a new layer. |

In layer palette again select the main merged layer and create a rectangular selection using rectangular marquee tool. This area will be the top side of the software box. Press Shift+Ctrl+J to cut paste the selection in a new layer. Similarly Select the front portion of the software box and separate it out in new layer. Delete the layers below with what ever portion they are left with. |

| Select the layer with the left portion of the software box. Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Skew. |

| Adjust the handles as shown below. |

| Select the layer with the top portion of the software box. Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Distort. |

| Adjust the handles as shown below. |

| Select the layer with the front portion of the software box. Press Ctrl+T and stretch towards right and bottom . |

| Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Skew. |
 |
| Adjust the handles to align the corners with top portion as shown. |

Keep adjusting the handles will you get the proper 3D look. It will take a little hit and trial to achieve the look but once you do it we will realize that it's worth it. |

| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown. |

| Apply same layer style on top and left layer too. Select all the three layers. Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select perspective. Drag the bottom handles inside to achieve the final look as shown below. |
